5) Loosen the six screws fixing the focusing ring set plate, and set the focusing ring to the infinity stop position without moving the
helicoid. (Refer to Fig.4-4-7.)
6) Tighten the six screws loosened in step 5).

7) Check that the focusing ring moves smoothly from minimum distance to infinity, and perform "4-4-1. Flange Back (f'F) Check"
again.
8) After the adjustment is completed, apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the position shown in the Fig.4-4-8.
