See below before calling for service, as most problems can easily be remedied by following these simple solutions:
PROBLEM
Oven will not turn on.
Oven will not start cooking.
"HOT" appears in the display
window.
"COOLING" appears in the
display window.
The " " and "LOCK" appears in
the display window.
The oven stops cooking and
"SERVICE" appears in the display
window.
If "FILL WATER TANK" appear
twice in display window during
cooking, and water tank still
empty, then "U14" will appear.
"DEMO MODE PRESS ANY KEY"
or "D" appears in the display
window.
Demonstration mode is designed for retail store display. Cooking and other functions will not operate during the demonstration mode. If
it seems there is a problem with the oven, contact an authorized Service Centre.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The oven is not plugged in securely.
Main circuit breaker or main fuse is
tripped or blown.
There is a problem with the outlet.
The door is not closed completely.
Start pad was not touched after
programming
Another program has already been
entered into the oven.
The program has not been entered
correctly.
Stop/Reset pad has been touched
accidentally.
The cavity is overheated.
The fan is operating to cool the electric
components.
The Child Lock was activated by tapping
Start pad 3 times.
The display indicates a problem with
microwave generation system.
The water tank is empty.
The oven is under demonstration mode.
Remove plug from outlet, wait 10 seconds and
re-insert.
Reset main circuit breaker or replace main
fuse.
Plug another appliance into the outlet to
check if the outlet is working.
Close the oven door securely.
Touch Start pad.
Touch Stop/Reset pad to cancel the previous
program and program again.
Program again according to the Owner's
Manual.
Program oven again.
Operate again after it cools down.
The word "COOLING" will disappear after the
fan stops.
Deactivate Lock by tapping Stop/Reset pad 3
times.
Please contact an authorised Service Center
(see next page).
● If "FILL WATER TANK" appears in the display
window. Re-fi ll the water tank, position back
in the oven and touch Start pad to resume
cooking.
● If "U14" appears in the display window.
Re-fi ll the water tank, position back in the
oven. Touch Stop/Reset pad to reset.
Tap Micro Power pad once, Start pad 4 times
and Stop/Reset pad 4 times.
