9 Remove the scissor assembly from the
machine just enough to access both wear pads.
Crushing hazard. The scissor
assembly will fall if not properly
supported when removed from the
drive chassis.
Component damage hazard. Be
careful not to damage the level
sensor or limit switch while moving
the scissor assembly.
10 Remove both old wear pads.
11 Install two new wear pads.
12 Slide the scissor assembly back into the drive
chassis.
13 Lower the scissor assembly into position and
install the chassis mount bracket onto the
chassis. Securely install and tighten the
fasteners. Do not over tighten.
Component damage hazard. Be
careful not to damage the level
sensor or limit switch while moving
the scissor assembly.
