Down and Pivot twice and adjust the fabric if necessary.

DECORATIVE TAPERING STITCHES
Menu J includes decorative stitches that can be tapered.
Touch the Tapering icon to open a pop-up where you
can select the tapering angle of your stitch. Touch the tab
on the left to set what angle the beginning of your stitch
should have, and touch the right tab to set the angle of the
icon to close the popup.
The machine will sew the tapered point that you have set
and then continue with the selected stitch. When it has
sewn the desired length, touch the reverse button. The
repeat sewing the same tapered stitch automatically.
Tapering off
both the beginning and end then the stitch will be a regular
stitch without tapering.
