Does the signal come to 1pin of LAN-jack J2201?
(see fig-1, fig-2)
Does the signal come to Y37 of IC3303?
(see fig-2)
Check IC3303 and its peripheral circuits.
Make sure the "Internet setup" is set correctly.
No connect network

NO Check the line from IC3303 to T2201.
Check the LAN-jack J2201.
