Outline:
Communication/Power failure detected by the monitor microprocessor is stored in EEPROM, and last 4 abnormal
can be confirmed in the Process mode A.
Location:
Page 1 of the process mode A: MONITOR ERR CAUSE. "0" if there is no error. It is cleared to 0 on the last page of
the process mode A.
For the system spec, error"0x11" is always recorded after Factory Reset execution. It is not recorded as problem so that please be careul when you
find out.
