USING CHANNEL SCAN

If you have not programmed your remote for Favorite
Channel Scan, you can use
the desired device.
Press to begin scanning. To stop scanning on the

Important: If you program Favorite Channel Scan, you
can no longer use
SCAN
use the remote for Channel Scan after you have pro-
grammed it for Favorite Channel Scan, you must reset
the entire operation of the remote (see "Using Operation
Reset" on Page 44). You lose all stored information.

USING FAVORITE CHANNEL SCAN

Select the desired device using the mode keys. Then
aim the remote control at the device and press
Previews of your favorite channels at 3-second intervals.
Press again to stop the scan on a desired chan-
