20.3 Intellectual Property Right

◆ Copyrights and portrait rights
Except for the case protected by copyright laws such as personal
use, use of F-022 terminal to reproduce, alter, or publicly transmit
recorded pictures or sounds, or copyrighted text, images, music or
software downloaded from websites without the copyright
holder's authorization is prohibited.
Note that taking photos or recordings at some demonstrations,
performances or exhibitions may be prohibited even when only for
personal use.
Avoid taking pictures of others with F-022 terminal without their
consent or disclosing recorded pictures of others without their
consent to general public through Internet websites etc., because
they may infringe on portrait rights.

20.4 End User License Agreement

Please read thoroughly this End User License Agreement before
using the software installed on your mobile phone product
("Installed Software") and the software bundled with the product
("Bundled Software", together with Installed Software, "Software").
By using this mobile phone product or the media delivered with the
product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license.
Article 1. Copyright
The copyright for the Software belongs to FUJITSU LIMITED
("FUJITSU") and its third party suppliers and licensors.
Article 2. Grant of License
Subject to this license, FUJITSU grants you nonexclusive and non-
transferable rights, which only permit you to use the Installed
Software and to install the Bundled Software on your personal
computer for private use only.
Article 3. Restricted Activities
(1) The Software is protected by patent, copyright, and other
intellectual property rights. You must not perform any act that
infringes any of these rights.
(2) You must not modify, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise
reverse engineer the Software.
(3) You must not reproduce all or any part of the Installed Software.
(4) You are permitted to make a single copy of the Bundled
Software, solely for backup purpose. If the Bundled Software is
copied in accordance with this clause, the copyright statement
must not be changed, deleted or hidden.
(5) You are not permitted to sell, distribute, lend, or transfer to a
third party all or any part of the Software, including its backup
copy.
