USB IBM SurePos

Scan one of the following "Plug and Play" codes to program the scanner for an IBM
SurePos (USB handheld scanner) or IBM SurePos (USB tabletop scanner) inter-
face.
Note: After scanning one of these codes, you must power cycle the cash register.

Each bar code above also programs the following suffixes for each symbology:

IBM Secondary Interface

On some older IBM cash registers, it may be necessary to disable the secondary or
management interface. In particular, it has been found necessary on IBM registers
using the 4690 V2R4 operating system. The following bar codes are used for this
purpose. Default = Enable Secondary Interface.
