INSTALLING BATTERIES
You need two AA alkaline batteries to power the radio, such as Radio Shack
Cat. No. 552.
Follow these steps to install the batteries.
1.
Push the battery compartment cover's tab and lift off the cover.
2.
Insert two AA batteries as indicated by the polarity symbols (+ and -)
marked inside the compartment.
3.
Replace the cover.
Notes:
If the radio's sound weakens, replace the batteries.
If you do not plan to use the radio for a week or more, remove
the batteries.
