Chapter 4 AMI BIOS Setup
Description/Purpose
Controls the PCI Express Root
Port 1.
Selects PCI Express port speed.
Sets the ASPM (Active-State Power
Management) Level. The option allows
users to set the lower power mode that
activates when the bus is not being used.
Force L0s – Force all links to L0s State
Auto – BIOS Auto configure
Disable – Disables ASPM
Detects a Non-Compliance PCI Express
device that is connected to the Mini PCI
Express root port. If enabled, it will take
more time during POST.
