Retrieve a multimedia message

There are two modes for receiving a multimedia
message on your phone: Auto receive (default)
and Prompt.
Auto retrieve mode
When a message is received, it is automatically
downloaded onto your phone. A notification
appears when a new message has been
downloaded to your phone. Select one of the
following:

allows you to view the message at

another time. It is stored in the Inbox.
kçíÉW If a message is received during a call, then
the phone downloads the message approximately
one minute after the last key is pressed.
Prompt mode
When a multimedia message is received, it is not
automatically downloaded onto your phone. A
notification appears when a new message is
available for download. Select one of the
following:
downloads and open the message.
sáÉï
deletes the multimedia message without
bê~ëÉ
opening it.
downloads the message and sends it to
i~íÉê
the Inbox.

kçíÉW If a multimedia message is received during
a call, the phone displays a notification after the
call ends.
Set auto retrieve mode
To set your phone to auto retrieve messages,
select

turns on auto retrieve.

turns off auto retrieve. You will be

prompted before any multimedia messages
are downloaded.
View a multimedia message
When a multimedia message is received, the
message icon appears at the top of your screen.
The message icon flashes if the message is urgent.
All notifications or messages are stored in the
Inbox regardless of your auto receive settings.

OK Select a message to view. If the message is
long, scroll down to view entire message.
PK Select
to create a response message or

and one of the following:

to silence the message.

launches the message creation

screen, allowing you to forward the
