OPERATING YOUR STAND MIXER

Attach the turntable, mixing bowl and chosen mixing accessory according to
the this instruction manual.
If the motor head is in the tilt (up) position. press the TILT button and gently
lower the motor head so that the beaters are in the mixing bowl.
Make sure the sliding On/Off switch is in the Off (down) position.
Pull the retractable power cord from the cord storage and plug into a wall
outlet.
The speed control dial includes a variable speed control. By rotating the
speed control dial clockwise, the speed will be increased.
By rotating the speed control dial anti-clockwise, the speed will decrease.
It is recommended to set the speed control dial at a lower speed setting and
slowly increase the mixing power as required.
Slide the On/Off switch to the On (up) position and the red light will illuminate
and the motor will start to operate.

6.1 BOOST:

Press the BOOST button at any speed to Immediately take the mixing speed
to MAXIMUM power. Release the BOOST button to return to the previous
mixing speed.
Note: When the mixer is already set to maximum speed, the boost button will
not make the speed any faster when pressed.
When finished mixing, slide the On/Off switch to Off (down) position and
remove the power cord from the wall outlet.
Press the RETRACT button to retract and store the power cord.
Note: use one hand to press the RETRACT button and one hand to grasp the
power cord. otherwise, the power cord may retract too quickly, possibly
causing personal injury or damage to the product
With the mixer off and unplugged from the wall outlet, press the TILT button to
tilt the motor head into the up position.
To remove the beaters, dough hooks, or whisk, press the EJECT button on
the top of the motor head.
