Insert the beaters one at a time and push in until they click into position. If a
beater does not properly click in place, pull it out of the beater receptacle,
rotate it one quarter turn, and reinsert the beater until it clicks into position.
5.5

ATTACHING THE DOUGH HOOKS:

Make sure the sliding ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position and the power
cord is unplugged from the wall outlet.
Using the TILT button, release the motor head into the up (titled) position.
NOTE: It is important that the hooks be placed in their proper positions. Read
the following carefully to avoid damaging the mixer or ruining your recipe.
One of the hooks has a Hexagonal plate on the shaft. This hook must be
placed in the receptacle with a Hexagonal marking next to the hole.
The other hook has a circular plate on the shaft. This hook must be placed in
the receptacle with a circular marking next to the hole.
Insert the hooks one at a time and push in until they click into position. If a
hook does not properly click in place, pull it out of the hook receptacle, rotate
it one quarter turn, and reinsert the hook until it clicks into position.

ATTACHING THE WHISK

The whisk attachment can be inserted into either beater receptacle

NOTE: DO NOT use a beater or dough hook in combination with the whisk
attachment.
