HINTS and SUGGESTIONS

Ingredients should be added to the mixing bowl as they are specified in the
recipe.
When combining dry and wet ingredients, you may wish to moisten the dry
ingredients on a lower speed setting, then turn to the desired mixing speed.
Follow the specified times in recipes, DO NOT OVER MIX. Mixing for too long
can cause the contents to harden excessively.
Should an object, such as a spatula, fall into the bowl while the motor Is
operating, immediately turn the mixer OFF before trying to remove the object.
This mixer is not for professional use. We recommend a maximum continuous
usage of 10 minutes and then stopping the mixer for a 30 minute break before
continuing.
If there Is high humidity in the air, it may be necessary to add additional flour
to the recipe. The high humidity could also extend the amount of time
necessary for baking.
When mixing dough for bread or thick contents, it may be necessary to rotate
the mixing bowl by hand. To do this, guide the mixing bowl by placing your
hands on the outside of the mixing bowl and slowly rotating it.
Use caution to keep hands out of the way of the beater or dough hooks.
Do not attempt to scrape the bowl while the mixer Is operating. Stop the mixer
and scrape the sides of the bowl as necessary. Use a rubber or plastic spatula
only.
