3.11 Replacing the Twin Speed Switch

CAUTION!
Static electricity can damage the PCBs inside the hoist.
Before working in the inside of the hoist:
– Pull the red emergency strap to turn off the hoist.
– Remove the hoist from the track system. (Refer to 3.2
Dismounting the ceiling hoist, page 9 )
– Remove the cover from the hoist. (Refer to 3.4
Removing the hoist cover, page 12)
– An anti-static mat must be used when working inside
the ceiling hoist.
T10 Torx screw driver
1.
Place the hoist on a surface (such as the corner of a table) so that
the hoist is supported yet the straps and hand control are free
hanging. Ensure the hoist is safe and cannot slip/fall of the table.

Remove the two yellow cables A from the twin speed switch B.

Remove the two screws C.
4.
Attach the new twin speed switch with screws C. Connect the
yellow cables A. Ensure, they are connected to the bottom and
top terminals.
5.
Re-assemble the hoist and reset the emergency stop.

3.12 Replace Contact Disc for Robin Mover™

CAUTION!

Before working in the inside of the hoist:
