• Word Prediction: To predictive text input mode which displays a word
candidate list as you enter the first few characters so
you just select the word that you want.
• Spell Correction: Lets you correct typographical errors by selecting from
a list of possible words that reflect the characters of the
keys you have tapped as well as characters of nearby
keys.
• Word Completion: Lets you select from a list of possible words based
on the keys that you have tapped and on the words
available in the dictionary.

Tap "On" or "Off".

SOFTWARE UPDATE

This menu is used to resume a postponed software update. If new
software exists, the AT&T server notifies devices using a WAP push
message. Before updating new software after downloading it from the
AT&T server, you can decide whether you would like to postpone the
operation. Reminder times can be set to 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 4 hours.
When the time is up, you will be prompted again or you can resume the
postponed operation using this menu at any time.

In Idle mode, tap the Menu icon, Drag Leftward
icon and select Software Update.
• Continue Update: This menu is used to resume a postponed software
update.
• Check for Update: "Check the AT&T server for a new software update?
The software update process will not delete any
personal data on your STX-2." will appear.
Tap OK or No.
