Cutter unit assembly (Step 1)

1. Apply MOLYKOTE EM-30L to the CT motor bracket assembly's shaft 1.
2. Attach the thread cutter motor assembly 2 to the CT motor bracket
assembly with the 2 screws 1.
3. Attach the initial gear 3 to the motor bracket assembly's shaft, and then
attach the retaining ring E2.
4. Attach the lever gear 4 to the motor bracket assembly's shaft, and then
apply MOLYKOTE EM-30L to the gear.
*Key point
• Align the marking 5 on the lever gear with the marking on the
initial gear.
Apply MOLYKOTE EM-30L to the CT motor bracket
assembly's shaft.
Apply MOLYKOTE EM-30L to the lever gear.
