3) On the receiving handset, to answer the call, press talk/flash, intercom/hold,
or the ANSWER soft key. If you set the AutoTalk On, pick up the handset from the
base. If Anykey Answer is On, press any number key,

Call Transfer Feature
1) During a call, press intercom/hold. The call will automatically be placed on
hold, and an intercom tone sounds.
2) Select a handset to transfer the call to. (refer to step 2
in the intercom section).
To cancel the transfer, press talk/flash or speaker on
the initiating handset.
3) On the receiving party handset, to answer the page, press talk/flash,
intercom/hold, or the ANSWER soft key. If you set the AutoTalk On, pick up the
handset from the base. If Anykey Answer is On, press any number key,

. The intercom mode is activated, but the caller is still on hold.
4) To transfer the call, press end or the END soft key on the initiating handset, and
press talk/flash or speaker on the receiving party handset.
When you replace the base with the different base of the same model, you
need to clear the handset(s) and base ID. To do this, perform "Deregister
HS"option (see page 25) and "Replacing Base" option (see page 25), then
register all the handsets you have. (See page 47).
