HELPFUL HINTS: READ THE DIRECTIONS BEFORE ASSEMBLY WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS, READ THE DIRECTIONS AGAIN If your spreader does not spread evenly, be sure the FRONT on the gear box points to the front of the spreader. The impeller must turn clockwise. Reversing the gear box will cause the impeller to turn counter clockwise.
  • Page 4 3. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1. Install impeller onto the Gear Box & Axle Assembly. Insert Screw M4x20 through impeller then through Gear Box Axle.
  • Page 5 STEP 2. Insert the support leg into the hole of the Support Leg Assembly, then insert 4 pieces of Hex Bolt M6x45 to each hole on the Support Leg Assembly. STEP 3: 1. Connect the Wheel Assembly Frame and Support Leg by inserting the Hex Bolts. 2.
  • Page 6 STEP 4: 1. Attach the Wheel Assembly Frame on each side of the Gear Box Axle. 2. Make sure the hole on Axle of Gear Box is to be on the right side when assembly as shown. Tighten all the bolts and nuts. 3.
  • Page 7 STEP 5: 1: Insert the Hopper into the Axle of Gear Box. 2: Insert 4pcs Bolt M6X35 into the holes in the bottom of the hopper with 4 flat washers bolts through the holes on the Wheel Assembly Frame. locked by 4pcs lock nut M6.
  • Page 8 STEP 6: Connect the Gauge and Handle Assembly by inserting the Hex Bolt M6x30 and Lock Nut M6. STEP 7: Connect the Handle Assembly and the Support leg by inserting the Carriage Bolt.
  • Page 9 STEP 8: ADJUSTABLE. When you finished all above steps, if you find the three big holes at the bottom of hopper just match the three holes of adjustable plate. You don't need to do the following steps. If they are not match neatly, you may need to do the following steps. (1)Release two bolts M5x10 on clamp as shown.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Before filling hopper, become familiar with the operation of this spreader. 1- Move stop bolt on rate gauge assembly to the proper setting. 2- While pushing spreader forward, pull control lever back to stop bolts. 3- Top stop, push lever forward to close flow holes before you stop moving. 4- When finished, empty any remaining material from hopper.
