6.25 - 6.65 in. (158.8 - 168.8 mm)
b ) Check the brake pedal free play.
Push in the pedal by hand and check
that the pedal free play is within the
specification.

0.04 - 0.08 in. (1.0 - 2.0 mm)
c ) Check brake pedal reserve distance.
Release the parking brake. With the hy-
brid system running, depress the brake
pedal and measure the pedal reserve
distance.

at 112 lbf (500 N, 51 kgf): more than
3.9 in. (99 mm)
