IGMP snooping generates group leaves in response to topology change notifications. For more information

If the internal querier receives a group leave while it is the elected querier in the domain, it reacts as follows:
• Generates an IGMP general query immediately.
• Waits the amount of time set by the internal-querier tcn query interval command and generates another
