Latest Map Guarantee

TomTom regularly releases new map
versions. When you buy a new navigation
device which comes with a preloaded map, it
may be possible that a newer map version is
available.
TomTom HOME automatically checks for a
newer version of your map each time you
connect your device to your computer.
If a newer version of your map is available
during the period immediately after you
purchased your TomTom navigation device,
then you are entitled to download the latest
version of the map.
Downloading the latest version of your map
To check for the latest version of your map
using TomTom HOME, do the following:
1. Start TomTom HOME.
If TomTom HOME is not installed on your
computer, install it from the CD included
with your TomTom GO or download it from
tomtom.com/home.
2. Connect your TomTom GO to your
computer.
3. Click Use Latest Map Guarantee in the
Tools menu in TomTom HOME.
Note: This option is not shown if your device already
has the latest version of the map.
4. Select the map you want to download and
click Done.
The latest version of your map is downloaded
to your GO.
