Touch theHome key>
>Musicto play audio files stored on
your phone. Music supports a wide variety of audio formats, so
it can play music you purchase from online stores, music you
copy from your CD collection, and so on.

Copying Music Files to Your Phone

Before using Music, you need to copy or download audio files to
your phone.
Copy From a Computer
Connect your phone and the computer with a USB cable.

Setting a Song as the Default
Ringtone
The song will be used as the ringtone for all incoming calls,
except those from contacts to whom you have assigned special
ringtones (see

2. Touch next to a song in any list.
3. In the menu that opens, touch Set as ringtone.
NOTE:
If the song is being played and you're in the playback screen,
you can touch >Set as ringtone.

Playing Music

Touch a song in the music library to listen to it. The following
playback screen appears.

Viewing Your Music Library

Touch theHome key>
>Musicand your music library is
displayed. All your audio files are cataloged according to the
information stored in the files.
Touch AllSongs to view all music files on your phone.
Touch Artists/Albums to browse music files on your phone
organized by the artist or album name.
Touch Folders to find music files through the folders they are
stored in.
Touch Favorites to browse music files you have marked as
favorites.
Touch Playlists to view all music playlists you have created.
NOTE:
If an audio file is being played, its name and player controlsare
displayed at the bottom of the screen. Touch the area to open
the playback screen.

Song, album, and artist information.

Touch to go back to the music library.

Touch to see the detailed information about the song.
Playback control. Skip songs, pause and resume playback. Drag

the progress bar to jump to any part of the song.
Touch to play the current playlist in shuffle mode, where tracks
