(4) Thermal Overload Trip
The printed circuit board turns off the SCR firing or gate pulses and turns on the trip light when S5
overload thermostat (3, Fig. 5) opens. The power supply can not produce any DC output until the
S5 thermostat cools enough to automatically reset (close).
