    Getting started Installing the Sennheiser “CapTune” app To make full use of all the features of your PXC 550 headphones, you need to CapTune install the free Sennheiser “CapTune” app from the AppStore or GooglePlay.     You can use the USB cable to listen to a media player on your computer or make soft calls. The PXC 550 accepts digital audio files via USB (at least USB 2.0) and its high-quality digital-to-analog converter converts them to analog. The PXC 550 supports USB Audio Class 1 and USB Audio Class 2.

    The ANC attenuates the noise depending on the severity of the surrounding noise. In Adaptive ANC mode, you can adjust the strength of NoiseGard if you are using CapTune on a smartphone that is connected wirelessly to the PXC 550 headphones. Switching TalkThrough on/off TalkThrough allows you to communicate with other people without having to remove the headphones and even when the NoiseGard ANC is switched on.
