Temporary Board swap
If you do not have a spare board to fix the scanner or you just want to make sure that a new main board will fix the issue, you can
temporarily use a main board from another scanner of the same scanner type, without changing model or serial number. However, once
you confirm the main board needs to be replaced and you have ordered a new spare part, you will then be required to go through the
Activation Wizard.
Problem with Activation
If the wrong License key has been accidently merged with a new scanner, you will have to contact Support to solve the problem.
