If you do not know the number of your internal contact, you can find the number by typing
his name directly via the alphabetical keypad.
Note: By default, this search accesses the company-internal directory, but the parameter
settings can be modified by the system operator.

Using the automatic callback function

You are calling an internal party who is busy or does not answer. You can request the party
to call you back automatically.
To activate the automatic callback function:
