GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most
plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of
commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use. Use
clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.
WARNING:
Do not at any time let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-
based products, penetrating oils, etc., come in contact
with plastic parts. Chemicals can damage, weaken or
destroy plastic, which could result in serious personal
injury.

Motor fails to start when switch is
turned on.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Power cord is not plugged in or con-
nection is loose.
Household circuit breaker is tripped.
Inlet cover door or vacuum tube is
not properly secured.
Blower tube or vacuum bag is not
correctly installed.

STORAGE (1 MONTH OR LONGER)
 Unplug the power cord from the power source when
storing the unit.
 Clean all foreign material from the blower.
 Store indoors in a place that is inaccessible to children.
Keep away from corrosive agents such as garden
chemicals and de-icing salts.
Plug in the power cord.
Check circuit breaker.
Fully tighten the wing knob.
Reinstall the blower tube or vacuum
bag.
