PROBLEM

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Pump has lost its prime.
Nozzle is clogged, hose is
partially disconnected, or fluid
in tank is low.
Liquid in tank is too thick.
Sprayer is not primed.
Filter needs to be cleaned.
Solution is too thick.
Battery needs charging.
Solution is too thick.

SOLUTION
Empty the chemical solution from the tank and com-
pletely refill the tank with 3 gal. of water. Remove the
nozzle and depress the spray button while spraying
downward into a bucket or on the ground. Make sure
the tank is elevated above the unit. Allow air bubbles
to work their way out of the hose.
Change to a different nozzle. If that solves the issue then
clean out the previous nozzle. Check hose connections
and make sure there is sufficient fluid in the tank.
Empty the tank, clean both the tank and filter, then try
again. Test sprayer with water. If unit works with water,
the solution is too thick. Make sure that all chemicals/
liquid used in the sprayer are as thin as water.
Prime the unit as described in Priming the Sprayer.
Clean filter as described in Cleaning the Unit.
Make sure that all chemicals/liquid used in the sprayer
are as thin as water.
Recharge the battery.
Make sure that all chemicals/liquid used in the sprayer
are as thin as water.
