Wipe off oil on the
taper throughly.
F i x the stator to a l ign the scribed l ine with
the center of the screw hole so that correct
ignition timing is assured.
Timing advance
Using a timing l ight, check whether the ig­
engine at 4 000 rpm and noting that the
nition timing is correct by running the
marks are al igned properly.

cement
