If the LEDs look like the example when the power is turned ON, there is a communication error.
Check the power supply and transmission cable of the error-generating slave station.

If a communication error suddenly occurs when communication has been normal, the LED indicator corresponding
to the error-generating slave station flashes. In the example, check the power supply and transmission cable of slave
station No. 3.
