From the web interface select Settings >
Device Settings > Reset or...
Open the back cover and locate the Reset
button. Depress gently using a pen or
paperclip, and hold for 10 seconds until
the LED's flash.
Log onto the web interface and check
SMS > SMS Settings
Log onto the web interface. Go to
Settings > Network Settings > Network
Selection > Select the drop down box
called Automatic and choose LTE only or
3G only. (You need to press Disconnect
first).
Log onto the web interface. Go to
Settings > Network Settings > Network
Selection > Manual (You need to press
Disconnect first). Press Search
Connect the device to your computer,
then follow the on screen steps using
the
CDROM
to
connection. You may need to uninstall
previous device installations first if
applicable.
Log onto the web interface. Go to
Settings > Network Settings > APN. See
