ROUBLESHOOTING
If you have difficulty with your VCS752 conference phone, please try the suggestions
below.
For customer service or product information, contact the person who installed your
system. If your installer is unavailable, visit our website at

Common Troubleshooting Procedures

Follow these procedures to resolve common issues. For more troubleshooting information,
see the user's manual for your product.
Screen is blank.
Make sure the DC power cable is securely plugged into base unit and the power
adapter. Make sure the AC power cord is securely plugged into the power adapter
and a wall outlet not controlled by a wall switch.
Pages are not received.
The Page auto answer setting is set to Manual. Check the General Account
Settings.
The firmware upgrade or configuration update isn't working.
Before using the WebUI, ensure you have the latest version of your web browser
installed. Some menus and controls in older browsers may operate differently than
described in this manual.
