3-9. Performing Fractional T1 BERT

To perform a Fractional T1 BERT using either the QuickBERT-T1 or the
QuickCHECK-T1, proceed with the following steps.
1. Turn the ON/OFF switch to On.
2. Use the RX INPUT key to select the proper termination.
3. Connect the test cord from the QuickBERT-T1 or QuickCHECK-T1 RX
jack to the LINE OUT jack.
4. Press the RESTART key.
