Operation Description
Engine ‑ check for leaks
Engine oil ‑ renew
Engine oil filter ‑ renew
Fuel system ‑ check for leaks, chafing etc.
Throttle body plate (butterfly) ‑ check/clean
Autoscan ‑ Carry out a full Autoscan using the
Triumph Diagnostic Tool (print a customer copy)
Exhaust clamp bolts ‑ check/adjust
Air cleaner ‑ renew
Fuel filter‡ ‑ renew
Throttle bodies ‑ balance
Fuel hoses ‑ renew
Evaporative loss hoses* ‑ renew
Spark plugs ‑ check
Spark plugs ‑ renew
Cooling system ‑ check for leaks
Coolant level ‑ check/adjust
Coolant ‑ renew
Clutch cable ‑ check/adjust
Valve clearances ‑ check
Tyre wear/tyre damage ‑ check
Tyre pressures ‑ check/adjust
Wheels ‑ inspect for damage
Wheels ‑ check wheels for broken or damaged
spokes and check spoke tightness (models with
spoked wheels only)
Wheel bearings ‑ check for wear/smooth
operation
All lights, instruments and electrical systems ‑
check
Steering ‑ check for free operation
Forks ‑ check for leaks/smooth operation
