In the Distributed Printing Settings dialog box, select the Label Printers you want to use for distributed
printing.

a). Click [Detect Current Paper Information...] (1).
b). The current Label Printer information detected appears below [Current Paper] and [Paper Type] (2).
c). Select the check box next to the [Printer Name] you want (3).
Note
• If the selected label width is different from that displayed in the [Current Paper] column, the
appears. Load the Label Printer with the label width specified in [Set Width].
• If multiple Label Printers are connected, you can find the Label Printer you want using its port name. The
xxxxxxxxxxxx in BRNxxxxxxxxxxxx in the port name indicates the MAC address/Ethernet address of the
Label Printer. The MAC address/Ethernet address can be checked by printing the Label Printer set-up
information. For more information, see Confirming the Label Printer Settings on page 84.
