Supplies Monitoring

Two methods for viewing supply levels are available:
Control panel message window
Machine status list
Control Panel Message Window
When the machine is functioning normally, press the Display key once
to display a rough indication in the control panel's message window of
the level in each toner cartridge.
The control panel also alerts you when a toner cartridge or the drum
cartridge is nearing the end of its life and when it needs to be replaced.
In each case, the two lines of the message display alternately in the
message window.

Machine Status List
When the machine is functioning normally, press the Display key once
and then press the Right Arrow key twice to display PRINT REPORT in
the message window. Then press the Menu/Select key twice to print a
machine status list. This page displays a visual indication of the
remaining life of each supply as well as the exact percent remaining.
