Erasing the program

● You can erase the contents of the memory by:
– Opening the CD door;
– Pressing STOPÇtwice during playback and
once in the stop position.

Different play modes: REPEAT,
SHUFFLE
You can select and change the various play
modes before or during playback, and combine
the REPEAT modes with PROG.
REPEAT – plays the current track continuously.
REPEAT ALL – repeats the entire disc/
program.
SHUFFLE – tracks of the entire disc are played
in random order.
SHUFFLE REPEAT ALL – repeats the entire
disc in random order.

To select play modes, press once or more
REPEAT/PRESET + or/ and SHUFFLE/
PRESET -.

Press CD /É Å to start playback if in the stop
position.

To return to normal playback, press REPEAT/
PRESET + or SHUFFLE/PRESET -
repeatedly until the various modes are no longer
displayed.
➜ You can also open the CD door to cancel
your play mode.
Helpful hints:
– In PROG mode, you will exit the program by
pressing SHUFFLE. To return to the program, press
PROGRAM/CLOCK in the stop position.
– SHUFFLE mode is cancelled if you press
PROGRAM/CLOCK in the stop position.
– In SHUFFLE mode, use of the digital keys
is void (e.g. 0, 3 on the remote control).

Display information

(MP3-CD only)
The ID3 tag is part of an MP3 file and contains
various track information such as the track's title
or the artist's name.
● During playback, press repeatedly DISPLAY on
the system to view ID3 tag information or
select your display mode.
Helpful hints:
– Complete the ID3 tag information with your
MP3 encoder software before burning the
MP3-CD.
