Description
A paper system error control
failure was detected.
Firmware is unable to read the
printhead's memory.
Could not program FLASH.
An invalid print mode was
selected in the print command.
An error was detected in USB
hardware, or invalid results
occurred in USB code.

Action
Technical Support Center:
Clear the paper path. Unplug the All-In-
One from the wall outlet; wait a few
seconds, then plug the All-In-One back in
and turn the power on. If the remains, then
replace the All-In-One.
Service:
Replace the system board. See
board with media sensor, cable, and
spring removal" on page

Clean the contacts. If the problem
persists, then replace the printhead. If the
problem remains, then replace the All-In-
One.
