COOLANT

This engine is not filled with
coolant at the factory. Fill the ra-
diator and coolant reservoir with
the recommended coolant or the
engine will be damaged.
Coolant Filling
1. Remove the radiator cap 1.

Do not remove the radiator cap
when the engine is hot.
2. Pour the recommended coolant
into the radiator until it reaches
the supply port.
Recommended coolant:
High quality ethylene glycol
antifreeze containing corro-
sion inhibitor.
Coolant and water mixed ratio:
50%/50%
Total amount:
EDL13000TE: 2.9 L (2.55 lmp qt)
EDL20000TE: 5.1 L (4.49 lmp qt)
EDL26000TE: 6.0 L (5.28 lmp qt)
Coolant reser voir "LOW" to
"FULL"
0.6 L(0.53 lmp qt)

Hard water or salt water is harm-
ful to the engine. You may use
distilled water if soft water isn't
available.
3. Open the coolant reservoir cap

4. Fill the coolant reservoir with
coolant to "FULL" 3.
5. Start the engine and add cool-
ant to the radiator until the cool-
ant level does not go down.
Stop the engine.

告诫：
本发动机在出厂时未注入冷却
剂。请在散热器和冷却箱中注入推荐
的冷却剂，否则发动机有被损坏的危
险。
注入冷却剂
1. 取下散热器盖 1。
q 警告
发动机还很热时切勿取下散热器盖。
2. 将推荐的冷却剂注入散热器中，
直到其到达满位点为止。
荐用的冷却剂：
含防腐剂的高质乙二醇抗冻液
冷却剂与水的混合比例：
50％/50％
总容量：
EDL13000TE: 2.9 L（2.55 Imp qt）
EDL20000TE: 5.1 L（4.49 Imp qt）
EDL26000TE: 6.0 L（5.28 Imp qt）
冷却箱"LOW"与"FULL"
0.6 L（0.53 Imp qt）
告诫：
硬水或盐水对发动机的部件是有
害的，如果没有软水，请使用凉开水
或蒸馏水。
3.打开冷却箱盖 2。
4.将冷却剂注入冷却箱至 "FULL"
3 位置。
5. 启动发动机并向散热器内加入冷
却剂，直到冷却剂液位不再下降
为止。然后关闭发动机。
