Is oscillation of X1601(27MHz) transmitted?
(30) Check RESET.
Is RESET waveform confirmed in TP[8002 (AVR-1913) / 8003
(AVR-2113)RESET], when power is turned on? (If not reference
waveform, proceed to "NO".)
The pattern and circuit from the HDMI connector (N1602) to the
IC(U1601) is defective, or HDMI output circuitry is defective.
