Is TMDS waveform confirmed in 25pin/26pin/28pin/29pin/31pin/32pin/34pin/35pin.
Is communication waveform of DDC_SCL/DDC_SDA confirmed in
67pin/68pin? (If the waveform is not the reference waveform, proceed to NO.)
Check operation of U1302 (ADV7850).
(25) Check power supply.
Are 1.8V supplied to L3616?
Are 3.3V supplied to Q3608 1pin?
(26) Check xtal oscillator.
Is oscillation of X1301(27.0 MHz) transmitted?
(27) Check RESET.
Is RESET waveform confirmed in TP[7850RESET], when power is turned on?
(If the waveform is not the reference waveform, proceed to NO.)
