The USDA has indicated the following as safe minimum internal temperatures for consumption:
• Ground beef, veal, pork, or lamb: 160 °F
• Poultry: 165 °F
• Beef, veal, pork, or lamb: 145 °F
• Fish/seafood: 145°F
