Some offices support a multi-lingual environment (Quebec, parts of
Europe, etc.)
Some countries require this by law.
This is important because if the user doesn't understand how to enter
information into the machine, then they won't be able to take advantage
of the many features.
The user may need to do this again if they move the machine, or if there
is a power failure.
Depending on customer needs they may need to change paper sizes
often.
Some users are very cost conscious.
