Playing Back Still Pictures

See "Playing Back Images" (p.24), or "Playing Back Previous or
Next Images" (p.25).

Zoom Display

You can display images magnified up to a maximum of 4 times. A
guide to operation is displayed on the LCD monitor during magni-
fication. (The magnification varies depending on the number of
recorded pixels.)

Enter the Playback mode and
choose the image you want to
magnify with the four-way con-
troller ( ).

Press / on the Zoom/
button.
The image will be magnified (1× to 4×). If you keep pressing
( ), the magnification of image will be changed continuously.

The following operations can be performed while the magni-
fied image is displayed.

Press the MENU button.
Zoom playback will end.
• The movie pictures cannot be magnified.
Caution
• If the camera is turned on in Playback Only mode, pressing
the Playback button will not change the mode to Capture
mode. Turn the camera off and then turn it on again.
