The CLS statement
erases
the

isplay
by turning

ff a
ll
of
the
dots on
the
w
indow. It is

before
o the

statements to
remove
any

idual
data
from
the display
.
The cursor
is
repositioned
to
the
left
of
the
screen by the CLS command. The
