Actuating the Entrance Telephone Connection/Door

If the service technician has configured an entrance telephone,
from your telephone you can speak to visitors using the entrance
telephone and then you can activate the door opener. The entrance
telephone is assigned an internal station number.
Speaking to Visitors via the Entrance Telephone
Prerequisite: Your telephone rings and the entrance telephone sta-
tion number appears in your call display.
Answer the call within thirty seconds. You can now speak to the
visitor via the entrance telephone.
Opening the Door
Click the door lock button in the toolbar.
The following dialog box is displayed:
Enter the entrance telephone's internal station number and click
OK to confirm your entry.
The door is opened.
