DESCRIPTION OF FIX
Issues were observed whereby the PUBLISH values for the Inter Arrival
Jitter (IAJ), BurstGapLoss, and Round Trip Delay (RTD) parameters
detailed in the phone's RTCP-XR reports were found to be inaccurate in
certain scenarios. These issues have been corrected.
6865i: When using the phones in conjunction with the MiVoice MX-ONE
call manager and CTI application, if the CTI application sent the phone a
NOTIFY with a hold request followed by a NOTIFY with an XML Dial
request, the phone placed the first call on hold, but at times attempted to
retrieve the call on hold while simultaneously initiating the second call. This
issue has been fixed.
When using the phones with the MiVoice MX-ONE call manager, an
intermittent stability issue was observed during the log on/log off process if
TLS was enabled on the phone. This issue has been resolved.
An issue was observed whereby the expected RTCP-XR PUBLISH
packets were not sent by the phone after a previous PUBLISH message
received a timeout response from the outbound proxy. This issue has been
corrected.
6867i, 6869i, and 6873i: Due to the introduction of the new UI in Release
4.2.0, the default value for the "idle screen font color" parameter has been
changed to "blue". Additional valid values include "white" and "black".
6863i and 6865i: An enhancement was implemented in Release 4.2.0
whereby after pressing a key configured with Login functionality
("hotdesklogin" in the configuration files), the dialpad key input mode
defaults to numeric characters instead of alphabetic characters.
M685i: With the "blf activity page switch" parameter enabled, an issue was
observed whereby the M685i expansion module would switch to the third
page of keys instead of the second page when a BLF key on the second
page changed status. This issue has been fixed.
6867i and 6869i with M685i: Pressing a speeddial or BLF key on the M685i
after pressing the information key (the hard key labeled "i") on the phone did
not display the speeddial/BLF information as was expected. This issue has
been corrected.
K680i: Entering diacritical characters using the K680i keyboard when the
Live Keyboard feature was enabled was not functioning as expected. This
issue has been resolved.
With an outgoing call in the ringing state on Line 1, seizing a different line
to make a secondary outgoing call did not terminate the call on Line 1 as
was expected. This issue has been corrected.
When using the phones in conjunction with the Mitel Telepo platform, an
issue was observed whereby the Caller ID of a party who was transferred
to the phone via an attended transfer did not update correctly. This issue
has been fixed.
An issue was observed whereby information contained in some .csv
directory files created previous to Release 4.0.0 were not being loaded by
the phone. This issue has been resolved.
Issues Resolved in Release 4.2.0
