3. Press the right arrow button on the Directory source tab to navigate to the BroadSoft Xsi
menu.
4. Press the Username field and using the on-screen keyboard or dialpad keys enter in the
username.
5. Press the Password field and using the on-screen keyboard or dialpad keys enter in the
password.
6. Press the right arrow button in the BroadSoft Xsi tab until you get to the Test Connection
menu.
7. Press the Test softkey to begin testing.

Enabling/Disabling the Hide Number Feature Using the Phone UI
Use the following procedure on the phone's UI to enable/disable the Hide Number feature.
For the 6863i/6865i:
